In Taoism, this is Neidan (Internal Alchemy). In Sufism, it is Tazkiyah (Purification). In Stoicism, it is Prohairesis (The disciplined will). A script, in psychological terms, is a set of automatic behaviors and narratives. Eric Berne’s Transactional Analysis suggests we all run "life scripts" written by our parents and society by age seven. A Soul Cultivation Script is the conscious rewriting of that default code. I uphold my boundary without breaking theirs

But how does one write such a script? Is it journaling? Is it prayer? Or is it something entirely different known only to Taoist mystics and modern neuro-linguistic programmers?

The Nei-yeh is arguably the first Soul Cultivation Script. It states: "When you enlarge your mind and let go of it, when you broaden your spirit and let it free... then the vital energy [Qi] will stabilize within."
