Acquire the repack from a trusted source (e.g., RuTracker, 1337x, or Mr Exclusive’s Telegram channel). Look for the .rar or .7z archive containing setup.exe and multiple .bin files.

Run Launcher.exe (not the original RE5DX9.exe or RE5DX10.exe ). This custom launcher allows you to switch between DX9 and DX10, toggle split-screen, and access the language selector.

That said, support Capcom if you can – the official game is cheap. But for LAN parties, preservation, or testing before purchase, Mr Exclusive’s work is a masterclass in PC game repacking.
