Many grandparents spend their "golden years" raising their cucu (grandchildren) full time. While joyful, it burns them out.

To all the kakek and nenek reading this: Turn up the dangdut. Plant that chili. Buy that ridiculous microphone on Shopee. You have earned the right to be entertained.

And to the younger generation: Next Sunday, don't just say "Kakek/Nenek lagi ngapain?" (What are you doing?). Join them. You might just discover that their lifestyle is actually cooler than yours. Selamat menikmati masa emas! (Enjoy your golden age!)
