Raju (Akshay Kumar), Shyam (Suniel Shetty), and Babu Bhaiya (Paresh Rawal) are now comfortably settled. They have money, but Raju’s get-rich-quick schemes soon deplete their savings. Desperate for cash, they stumble upon a money-making scheme involving an NRI (Bipasha Basu) and a gangster named Khar Ke Chillar (played brilliantly by Gulshan Grover).
What follows is a masterclass in confusion. Raju pretends to be a police officer. Shyam pretends to be a don. Babu Bhaiya gets trapped in a locker with a dead body.
