Install the drivers provided in the Flashburn package. Do not let Windows automatically search for drivers.

Run Flashburn.exe as Administrator.

Click "Load File" or "Open Image" and navigate to the correct full firmware .bin file. Double-check the model number – flashing a PD782 firmware into a PD702 will hard-brick the device.
