See Flesch‐Kincaid or FREE Readability Formulas, or Readability‐Grader, or Readability‐Score. These grade levels are not "true" grade levels, because the dialogues are not in "true" paragraph form (because of the A: and B: format). However, the grade levels are true in the sense that they are truly relative to one another.
