Open CODESYS IDE. In the device tree, double-click the "CODESYS Control ..." node (e.g., CODESYS Control Win V3).

Click the "Read Container ID" button. A string of 20-30 alphanumeric characters will appear. This ID is the digital fingerprint of your target device. Copy it to clipboard or note it down. codesys license activation

After pasting the Container ID, the CODESYS portal will generate an activation file ( .lic or .license ). Download it to your PC.

On the target device (offline), go to License Management → CmAct section → Click "Create Offline Request File" . Save the *.ReqF file to a USB drive.
