Chuangxin Tech Usbcan Driver New ^new^

CAN_Init(can_handle, CX_MODE_ZERO_COPY, 500000); This reduces latency from ~200µs to under 50µs. The new pychuangxin wheel (installed via pip install chuangxin-usbcan ) works with Python 3.12 and asyncio:
