You play a protagonist returning to their hometown, only to discover that a sinister, demonic force is corrupting the local population. The "Apocalust" (a portmanteau of Apocalypse and Lust ) is spreading, turning the residents into morally ambiguous versions of themselves. The player must navigate relationships, uncover occult secrets, and decide whether to resist the corruption or embrace it.

The dark, occult theme separates it from the hundreds of generic dating sims. The sandbox elements in v0.08 are finally polished enough to be engaging rather than tedious.
